“I would love to be able to review the actual product but I didn't actually get it delivered. The whole process was shambolic. My order was processed but not delivered as the courier deemed it to be damaged so it was sent back to USC. USC never bothered contacting to let me know this was the case, I followed up and USC advised that the parcel was can either be re-issued or a refund can be processed. I requested the parcel to be re-issued, they failed to acknowledge that and two days later they sent me an email to say they have processed a refund. Absolutely pathetic service. 2 weeks since placing the order I don't have the goods or the refund. Shocking.”
