“The polo t shirt shrunk after one wash on a low heat very poor very disappointed in the product after spending the money I did aswel wasn't expecting it to last one wash !!”

“The condition of the top when collected was very disappointing it was very crushed and did not come in a sealed packet. If this top had not been a replacement xmas gift from my son and for the £5 charge for the delivery we would have sent it back. We will not be using USC in the future for Internet purchases”

“Terrible. My first and last attempt at on line shopping. I was looking for a pale blue Lacoste T shirt and I found one on the USC mail order site. The colour was titled Aqua and the picture was clearly pale blue. The one I received was also called Aqua but was nearer to Turquoise. I am going to give it away as a birthday present as I cant be bothered with the hassle of returning it, not to mention paying postage and packing for something which is not my fault. We live and learn and I will put it down to experience, but the lesson is, when ordering from USC, check that the colour shown is accurate, this shade of Blue was miles out !!!”
