“I sometimes question how they make money with how good of a deal I get. It's a no brainier. It's the cheapest you can get while still being on the nations two largest networks. The customer service is great if you are as patient with them as they are with you. I would recommend US Mobile to anyone looking for a phone plan or not stuck in some kind of contract.”

“I love the features and value that US Mobile offers. I've got a ton of premium and hotspot data, that works almost everywhere I go, and at high speed too! The few times I've had an issue over the years, support has been knowledgeable and responsive, something I can't say I've experienced with other carriers. The only downside thus far has been the international experience. Coming from Google Fi, where international "just works" without doing anything, it's been frustrating when the international esims don't work, even after pre-downloading troubleshooting instructions and I don't have a way to contact support.”

“I'm a big fan of the reliability and simplicity of the whole thing. It is easy to pay the bill, switch things if I want, cancel or pause the service, or sign up for new lines. No hassle.”
