“I'm happy so far. The price beats all other cellular providers and the service is great, too. I've never dropped a call, and I actually am getting better data reliability now than when I was on Sprint. I also appreciate having plenty of mobile hotspot, as I'm on the road often and need to connect my laptop.”

“We moved from Verizon to US Mobile at the recommendation of our eldest daughter when we moved from California to Upstate New York. We have wonderful coverage. But it is the customer service which is exceptional which keeps us as a customer. We had a nightmare experience with Verizon so customer service is high on our list as criteria for where we spend our money. We have a more comprehensive plan for less money and great customer service. We expect to be loyal customers of US Mobile so long as we continue to receive the service we have had to date.”

“I do experience blackouts of data even tho 4g at 2 bars is available. Moto Z2 force could be an issue, but with Verizon that wasn't the case. I know that there are limitations sometimes that can't be avoided, like tower throughput being bottlenecked by sharing towers and priority queues. My area isn't very well covered either by any service. I'm just thankful that is works for the price. Hotspot data could be more consistent, I'd like to limit it to a constant 10mbps vs spotty 5mbps that it is currently is. But I can still use it, so not a huge issue yet. Thank you guys for the service you provide, also I'd like to get more of a discount if I choose to not partake on freebies offered for multiple lines.”

“I literally never run out of internet, and I can have all the internet, calls, and texts that I want for a price cheaper than what I can get for internet alone in my area.”

“Currently on the 25gb individual plan, and I am very much enjoying my USmobile experience. Moved my entire family to the service last year and other than a few small issues when switching devices through esim it's been nearly flawless.”

“My trial and early experiences were great. I was impressed with the data download speed, but now it is down to a trickle on most days. To watch videos or download large files, it is almost unusable.”
