“I have had US Mobile for a year now and have had minimal service issues. One issue had to do with a tower that was out and another issue was when I first signed up. I appreciate that I can call customer service and get things resolved quickly if needed instead of having only text or email capabilities like with other carriers.”

“I've had little to no issues with the service at all, i just give it a 4/5 because the price, although good and affordable, isn't really a deal. But otherwise, love the service and have recommended it to others.”

“The unlimited premium plan is very good and fast. I have never had an issue with this plan. The only thing I would recommend is that US Mobile offer some deals on new phones like other MVNOs offer. I would love to buy a new phone with US Mobile if they had good deals. Currently, iPhones are more expensive if we buy them from US Mobile.”
