“Flexible plans and good pricing. The customer service has been good when needed. Using the chat feature works well from the app or PC browser. There has been a couple of issues and we were able to get it fixed. A 5g compatible phone is highly recommended for the Warp 5G network. Coverage for us has been excellent in the midwest.”

“The service is pretty good. But the customer service is not good at all. And getting your perks is next to impossible. You have to email a receipt for whatever perk you want (and these days everything is just drafted out of my account so I had to search around for a receipt) and when I sent it in they said it wasn't good enough. I'm at a complete loss. Horrible!”
