“Overall, I really enjoy the plan. The service is great and the customer service is amazing. I came over from Google Fi and they were starting to lack in terms of customer service and pricing. My only complaint with US mobile is I wish it was easier to verify my perks. It's annoying to have to send it verification every month...”

“Customer service is top notch, only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I'm still waiting for Apple Watch support, and there's occasional dead spots for Verizon where there shouldn't be. Other than that, I love the service. If Apple watch support happens, I could bring my wife and son over from T-mobile.”
