“I've been with US Mobile for a while now and have always been very happy with the service. The reception was great, the speed was always good and the customer service was always AMAZING! I recently switched to an unlimited premium plan with my main reason being the mobile hotspot feature. It has been okay- nothing more and nothing less. I'm not thrilled with the speed I am getting but it's not super slow. It's only fair to mention though that the area I live in may be impacting the speed I am getting. All in all, I'm unsure if I got the full bang for my buck with this plan as this was quite pricey.”

“Simple. I video call for a couple hours each day, and I need A LOT OF DATA. It might be pricey compared to, say, Visible, but I also get 10gb International DATA (which works great, I just turn that eSIM on when I cross the border) and I get a bunch of HIGH SPEED HOTSPOT. Where as Visible is “Unlimited” SLOW SPEED HOTSPOT. And whenever I’ve had a problem (usually from me trying to switch plans midway through) the customer service is INCREDIBLE. They are always able to help me to do whatever I ask. As long as they exist, I will be using US Mobile.”

“I started with one unlimited plan which was discontinued and was forced onto another unlimited plan with the same features for 50% more. The coverage is decent but the price is no longer competitive.”

“Having unlimited data is important to me. The coverage is okay, could be better. I would like to pay a lower amount each month with the plan in "sleep" mode, which is most of the year for me. I know that makes me less than an ideal customer, but my alternative is to buy a package each time I visit the US. The only reason I don't is to keep the same phone number.”
