“The service is great for me and my family, the only thing we’re missing is easier service in Mexico, my mom isn’t tech savvy enough to redeem the free data every time that it expires. It would be perfect if it worked like T-Mobile and their complimentary international seamless service connection.”

“The same unthrottled data and clear VoLTE calling as the postpaid customers of BigRed for a literal fraction of the cost? Yes. Indeed. That's US Mobile. But the one thing that really sets them apart from ANY other carrier or MVNO....the exemplary customer service provided by their passionate, polite, patient and competent representatives! I truly do not understand why anyone would choose a different provider. If this seems like a patronizing or exaggerated review, just try them....oh, yeah, that's free for 100 days. “The plan itself is great - flat fee unlimited use. Customer service would drag this down to a 1 star if I needed to speak to them any more regularly. Their chat service is terrible. Customer service reps are clearly handling multiple chats at once with 5-7 minutes between replies. Don’t use their chat customer services and it’s all fine!”

“US Mobile has pretty good service in comparison to other available Pre paid plans - I have even compared them against the big 3 or 4 company’s pre paid plans and they still come out on top.”
