“This plan works well for my condition, everything is quite straightforward, I like the fact that there are options for lower rate plans. I don't need to use a lot of data or call or texting. Great plan!”

“After years with another carrier, they sold out to a larger vendor, and prices went up, while service went down. US Mobile was my second choice, with a highly advertised, movie star owned company was my first choice. After setting up one phone with my first choice, I had several problems with connectivity, which I understand can happen. But the support was their downfall, with many days lost with no resolutions. The last straw was their unwillingness to refund the advance multimonth payment you were required to make, even though I was obviously unable to use their services. I just happened to find US Mobile through a web search, and very happy I did. My phone, and 3 other phones all connected and worked as expected with no issues and limited effort. Then a couple if months later, my son changed phones, and had some issues with the new phone, and the support team spent as much time as needed, and fixed the issue. I can't be happier, and to top it off, my total costs are less than they were with the original company, and the movie star company. Very Happy.”
