“We've had very few issues with our Unlimited Basic Plan. In fact, we've had less issues with US Mobile than with the bigger carriers we've used. The only issues we've had was when I had to switch my credit card, for some reason they kicked it out and charged us for a new plan, not the old plan we were grandfathered in under. They did resolve that very quickly. The other issue is throttling data even though we don't have 5G down in our rural area. I know the Basic Plan only has 40GB of 5G data, but we don't have 5G in our rural area, so I'm not sure why it gets throttled sometimes. Overall, we are very happy with our plan. I've recommended it to several people.”

“15gbs for $25.31 on the Verizon network is amazing. I have had little to none issues with my service. I have even gotten my aunt on her old phone on your plan and she loves her US Mobile plan as well! We are happy campers and I try and refer when I can!”

“Been happy with this plan when we are in Florida. We are using the GSM SIM card here in Maine and reception has not been great for data. We have ordered the other SIM card (Verizon type) and understand that works better in Maine. Haven't installed it yet - next week.”

“Mostly the signal is great. I drive through some isolated areas and it's spotty sometimes. Other than that, the price is better than the competitors.”
