“The ability to do and the concept of the free trial was fantastic, as is the price. However, after the trial ended, my service somehow went from around 4 bars most times to 1 while I’m at home. I also do not particularly like that it says my unlocked phone is locked to this service and the app is really confusing. UPDATE: I have been without service all day and when I tried the chat option it’s saying they’re on a break and will be unavailable the next 2 days. So I emailed and was supposed to hear back within 1/2 hours…it’s been 2.5 hours and still haven’t heard anything.”

“For the most part I am satisfied with the service I get for the price I pay. I just wish that you would get the GSM 5g issue sorted out for iPhone. It’s frustrating to be limited to such a restrictive carrier that your Warp 5g rides on (Verizon). Warp 5g is very limiting concerning which phones work with it compared to GSM.”

“i don't notice my plan. what i mean is: i have coverage in places others aren't getting coverage; i don't suspect any throttling (my videos always start right away and no buffering after it starts); no dropped calls or mystery unsent texts; and finally, my bill amount is the same every month. IT HAS NOT MYSTERIOUSLY MAGICALLY INCREASED like other providers. (please add apple watch cellular plans asap!)”
