“I have been with US Mobile for years now and have tried most of their Plans. Unlimited basic is the one that works best for me. I don't have to worry about if I've gone over on anything and it's well within my budget.”

“Prices Fair, coverage is hit and miss speeds are hit and miss one thing I hate that needs to change is once your throttled after your 40 GB high-speed internet you get hit with speed so low that their slow has in a kilobyte not even a megabyte so if you're going to change one thing once you're throttled at least give me 5 MB and I'll be happy with that if I'm just throttled down to megabytes not kilobytes because once throttled to kilobyte speeds it makes the phone useless”

“The best plan ever for families of four or more! You can mix and match Verzion or T Mobile. The prices are upfront which includes taxes and fees. The customer service is excellent and they are available 24/7! The only thing missing is Apple Watch support.”

“Everything about this plan is great. The coverage, amount of data you get, etc. There are two things that should be improved. The taxes/fees are too high. It's advertised that the plan should cost $20 per line but goes up to $24 after the fees. That's a pretty hefty jump that needs to be lowered. Every other plan I've had has the fees and taxes built into the advertised price. The next thing is hot spot data. If we have "unlimited data" we should have unlimited hotspot data as well. Besides those things, we love the service.”
