“Life is so much easier with US Mobile. I've been with AT&T who said a bundle would be $85/mo. The bill then came to under $1700. A scam. Cricket had teenagers working and caught them doing "stuff" in the back. TMobiles customer service called me at 1:30 AM, "accidently" turned off my phone two times and gave me days of run around. Nothing like that with US Mobile. Monthly charge are good, customer service doesn't bother me with unnecessary phone calls, texts, and emails. Life is good. Don't change a thing US Mobile!”

“I wanted to express my appreciation for your unlimited call, text, and internet plan. It has greatly improved our connectivity and brought convenience to our family and members. While we've faced some reception issues in rural areas and high altitudes, we understand the challenges. We'd appreciate continued efforts to improve coverage. Adding international calls to the plan would be a fantastic enhancement. Thank you for your excellent service.”

“The prices keep changing (only up), then they added fees. Customer service is polite and responsive, but I shouldn't need them so often. The if there's a problem with autopay, it takes months to fix. Sometimes the service needs to be reset on their end which is annoying. US Mobile is not as bad as the others so I guess I'll keep putting up with it.”

“If you use Wi-Fi on your phone for data, this is often all you need except perhaps when traveling, at which point plan ahead and bump it up”

“I must have wasted $700 a year for ~20 years with Sprint (and then T-Mobile). Service has been superb. Virtually no dropped calls. I never hit any usage limits.”

“Going from $230/month to $94 while getting a decent 5G signal is just awesome! I now have service at my work desk. I didn't have that with the major network I was with. Very happy with the service! Would like to see the 5G service rolled out in other areas around the state (WI).”
