“Customer service is very impressive. They are extremely knowledgeable and very well versed in understanding their cell plans and technology. “A great price for basic coverage. Sometimes run into issues, for example; while on the phone the person's voice may crack out for a moment, sometimes I can't get photos/videos to upload to social media or re-post someone's 'story'. Also, it may take a long time to send a text with multiple tries. None of these are daily occurrences, but I never had this amount of issues when I was with my previous carrier. Good if you are trying to save money and don't mind a few hiccups every now and then.”

“Make it easier and clearer for how I can simply start calling Canada from the United States. I have not been able to accomplish that, even when I chat with your people online. When I did so recently, all they did was give me unlimited data, but I still can’t call Canada. I did not want unlimited data. I just wanted whatever plan I need so that I can voice call Canada, nothing more. It would be wonderful if someone at US Mobile could contact me about this and make it so.”
