“I am customer for a couple years. Recently, had issue where my 5gb data "ran out", and I didn't have internet service without wifi for several days. My us mobile account said I had 0gb remaining, even though my account showed I only used 2.5gb. Customer service couldn't explain why & told me just to wait since my monthly service was refilling in a couple days. Only offered $5 off next month. So...I can't rely on my paid service? So, I left to another provider recently. Bad customer service; unreliable service.”

“I’ve been a US Mobile customer for a few years now. I have been very happy with their service. There are numerous plans to choose from and I can choose or change plans according to my needs anytime online in my account without any issues. I couldn’t be happier.”
