“US Mobile has been the perfect choice for me since I started my plan in 2017 with them. They prices are unbeatable and even better than that is their excellent customer service and the fact that they always have the right solution for you, no matter your situation. It has been specially useful for me (while being an expat) to be able to freeze my line and not loose my number, for a very reasonable small monthly fee. Thanks US mobile, keep the good work.”

“About a month ago, my phone could not access service. Long story short, I spoke to 4 US Mobil reps and one Moto E rep. I asked the 3rd US Mobil rep to send me another SIM card which I received a few days later. Hasana, the last US Mobil rep methodically helped me try to get my phone to work, and after finally having me install the SIM card was my phone able to be used again. I can not say enough about how that young woman just kept at it like a pit bull until the problem was solved. She did an excellent job, very professional too!!!!”

“We are very satisfied with US Mobile. Neither of us has a smartphone, as we wish to live a normal life (with heads UP to see the beauty all around us, not heads DOWN to mess with a smartphone. Our inexpensive flip phones serve our needs well, and US Mobile is the only carrier we found that offered us the opportunity to customize our service to match our actual needs (very little service). Not only that, but your website is user-friendly. Thank you.”
