“Easy to get a new SIM card. Support is usually easy to get, altho there are times when the person on your end of the line can be difficult to understand. I am always perplexed with the circular indicators of talk time, text, and etc. Does the dark area indicate time left or time available? I usually try to obtain screen shots a few days apart and compare to understand them. Can a brief explanation be displayed under the circles?”

“Starter Kit? What? Is this the SIM card and instructions which came in the mail for me to start in gaining my service? That was more than three years ago. I do not remember clearly. I reported what I could at that time.”

“Horrible customer service and your system does not work well with Android esim. Getting support is just impossible. Service is fine until you have an issue.”
