Standard Olive Green Utility Kilt
The UTKilts Standard Utility kilt has become the standard that all others try to follow.  Although it is our lowest priced utility kilt, it has the same durable and long lasting constructions as any of our more expensive kilts.  Two cargo pockets on each side will fit the common items a guy wants to carry these days.  Pleats are also sewn down to make sure you always get that perfect look, no matter the activity.  It also has two sets of snaps to make sure you have a solid, comfortable fit.  Don't let anyone tell you that GREAT quality can't come with a LOW price on a utility kilt.  The UTKilts Standard Utility Kilt gives you amazing quality, low price, and a fabulous look.  You won't find anything like this anywhere else!
Features Include:

2 snap closures (one on the inside)
2 extra snap closures to allow 1 inch expansion in the waist
2 large cargo pockets on each side
Durable, long lasting Poly-Cotton material
All sizes have 22" total length (click here for 20" length)
Lifetime warranty on all metal hardware (free replacements sent)
2-3 day shipping via Priority Mail

Other Colors Available
Several other colors are available in our standard utility kilt style.  Check them out here.  We also have tartan kilts in this style that can be found here.

Sizing / Measuring
It is extremely important you follow our measuring video and order the size you need based on your measurement, not pants size. All of men's pants are labeled 2-4 inches smaller than what they actually measure. Please see our measuring video below or checkout or measuring page here.
If you measure an even size like 38 or 40, then order that exact size.  If you fall in between sizes we typically recommend ordering up in size for a loose, but comfortable fit.  However, each size has an extra set of snaps to go up one inch in waist size.  If you prefer a snug fit then you can order down if measure an odd size (example: 37 can go up to a 38 for a loose, comfortable fit or down to a 36 for  snug fit)
Custom waist sizes, lengths, or colors

Need a waist size or length not listed here?  Looking for a different color? Checkout our special order listing here that will allow you to customize the kilt to your exact waist and length (only recommended if our in stock sizes won't work).  We also have many other colors listed there that we can custom order to your specific size.

I love to wear them as often as I can. Comfortable and so freeing. I have three kilts now. Need one for every day. Thanks UT Kilts

When I first got my kilt, I wasn't sure if I had done the measurements right. I also wasn't sure how folks here would react to seeing me in a kilt. I live in Southern Georgia in the U.S. so it's not exactly a common sight. But I have worn my kilt around my small town and gotten nothing but compliments everywhere I go. I am so glad that I bought this kilt. I may even get me another one.

I went fishing this morning with my wife at Martin Creek Lake State Park. Of course I was wearing my newly purchased Olive Drab Standard Modern Utility Kilt, which is very comfortable, indeed. The local fish population was so impressed that three of them, a bluegill, a catfish, and a largemouth bass all decided to get on my fishing lines for a closer look. Good thing for them I catch and release; I'm sure they'll spread the word amongst themselves that a kilted fisherman is in the area, and here to stay. Amongst humankind, I've received nothing but positive comments regarding my kilt, and have recommended this particular model to a few potential customers.

I climb Lost Trail Resort as close to my birthday as I can. Started when I turned 50, this is my 17th, and first in my utility kilt!

We purchased this kilt to participate in the "Scoutish" games for the Boy Scouts. This is a weekend long campout that the scouts compete in Scottish type games scaled down to youth sizes. They had to design an archway for their campsite, compete in a kilt fun 3K distance run, caber toss, seige ladder, hammer toss and Scottish skit among other activities. Had a great time, but it rained really hard that weekend so they got a little muddy! The good news is that this kilt was easy to clean, held up very well and is washed and ready for more fun.
