“Placed the order. Then got a phone call from Kristi that I had ordered the wrong items for the vehicle, and that they would correct it and ship the correct item. When the item did arrive it was not the correct item and would not fit. After sending them VIN information, pictures and debating the situation they finally sent labels to return the items at MY expense (which was much more than FedEx would have charged me. At the end of the day Im out over $206.51 and had to go elsewhere to get the items. No more UTV direct for me or anyone I know.”
