“First off, I have no complaints about UTV Direct. Purchasing and time for product to arrive was Great. My complaint is about the product itself. I bought my new 2023 Polaris Ranger SP570 and immediately installed Super ATV front control arms to allow for 28" tires. I rode on that set up for almost a year. I would occasionally get some tire rub against the body when turning on uneven surfaces. I was excited to find a company that made an upgraded spring to give me a little extra carrying capacity and lift over the stock coil springs. After several months of use with the High Lifter springs, I have become very unhappy with my purchase. My SXS sits lower now than it did with the factory springs and the front tires rub constantly against the body when turning even on level ground. I will be contacting UTV Direct or High Lifter to return the product.”
