The pictures were poor and the instructions were poor. Need step by step instructions. Drilled holes for vents in wrong spot. This could easily been avoided had they added a template to lay on the dash for proper alignment. Holes would then be in right place. Because of that had heck of a time trying to get vent tube onto the vent. Had to hog out my holes bigger and now the vent would not snap into my dash. They use zip ties to hold vent tube onto vent. They slide right off. Need another way to anchor vent tube to vent. Because I had hogged the holes bigger I now was able to slide the vent tube over my vent anchors and this held the vent tube firmly in place. But no way now anchor vent tube. I was not a happy camper. Had to guess where to drill holes through the firewall for the heater hose. Again this would have been an easy fix if they had given a template or given accurate dimensions as to where to drill holes. I drilled to small holes just slightly bigger than hose. This worked better than there one big hole that they suggested. One big hole would let in dirt and air. Got my holes pretty close to right on. When hose goes through firewall you better hope you drilled holes in the right spot so that your hose will line up with radiator hose you are tapping into. Would have liked precise dimensions as to where to cut exactly into radiator hose. All can ams are going to have the radiator hoses in the same area. Mounting heater box inside the cab. Again a template or precise measurements as to where to drill my holes to mount heater box would have wonderful. Instead I had to guess where to drill my holes. Had to hold heater box up and move it back and forth. You only have 3 to 4 inches to move the box and mount why not tell exactly where to drill the hole. If I had had these measurements or templates I could have saved several hours of guess work. I bought a $15000 machine why do I have to guess where to drill holes and attach things. All that being said once I got the radiator heater in it works great. Pumps out a lot of heat. I have since added upper doors to my Maverick and it really does a good job other than the maverick lets in a lot of cold air around the door. I added some homemade seals to the door trying to cut down on cold air. Cut down on about 80% of cold air coming into cab. Heater works so well that it will get my feet hot. Good heater if you buy take the time and make sure that you drill your holes in the right places. Had they provided all the information as to where to drill holes I would have given their heater a rating of very good.
