“I haven’t received this product yet. This is because they use Hermes as a courier and the item shows as delivered but Hermes, as always, have just delivered it somewhere else with someone else’s signature having not even visited the house and no calling card. Value Lights have quoted to me Hermes terms and conditions state that they can leave the product somewhere else if they deem necessary. As Value Lights choose to accept these T&Cs and continue to use Hermes I cannot use them again. There is no guarantee you will ever receive your product. I still don’t have mine despite it being “delivered” 5 dats ago.”
