“I have already sent you information that the glass shade is very difficult to adjust so it looks straight. It seems that the square edged fitting that the glass shade fits into are not compatible. I had to try many times to get a acceptable set for the glass shade and have achieved something just about ok. This should not happen the fitting for the glass shade should be compatible and you should not have to struggle.”
