“Recently ordered toner cartridges for my HP color printer/scanner/fax machine. With all the problems associated with the corona virus epidemic, the shipment got lost somewhere between NV and NJ. Called Valuetekno they immediately sent another without question. It arrived within two days, the missing one two days later. Kept both. Couldn't expect better service!!! Will be using Valuetekno from here on.”
