“I do believe that this product was in used condition when I received this. There are marks around the threaded holes where it can see a spanner was used to remove an old fitting. Also, fastener marks are seen inside the mounting holes and the main control block was bruised in the corner. I expected a new product, not second hand. Otherwise, product seems to be of reasonable quality for the money paid.”

We test every valve after assembly so it would be from this. We try to do it carefully and keep it clean however sometimes it will leave marks. Let us know if you are not happy with this and we can exchange it for uou
