“I rang and checked that the wall thickness was 1.25 mm as per your schedule listed, not 1.5 mm as per the picture description. As a consequence, it is not fit for purpose. The I.D had to be 7.5 mm max not 7 mm. I had hoped the phone call would alleviate any problem, it unfortunately did not. Other than that, your service and attention was immpecable.
I have come to the conclusion that you do not have the 10 mm O,D x 1.25 mm and feel too disheartened to ring. M 0408 631 623 If you do have the correct size, that is what I need.”
