“Badly put together. Can't even pull it apart like the one that came with it and makes it hard to clean and get rid of the chamber screen.

Based on our previous experience, the glass mouthpieces are easy to get broken or lost during transit. In order to make sure customer received good in good condition, we have spend some cost to make the packaging in the best condition to reduce the chance getting a cracked glass mouthpiece or the parcel is packed too small and lost in transit.
