Sizing Instructions
We recommend ordering your belt based off your actual pant size (based on standard mens pant sizing measurements). The sizes shown are both the pant size range the belt will most often fit accurately and the actual length in inches that the belts are adjustable to accommodate. Keep in mind, most pants stretch, gun belts will not, which is why most people will wear a larger size belt than their pant size. You can also determine your correct size by trying on an existing belt with your normal everyday carry setup. Mark the spot where your belt is set and then measure the length from that hole to the end of the belt (excluding buckle). This will be the size belt you will need to order.

Coming from a Kore belt I prefer this one and this is my first nylon belt. It's lighter, stiffer, thicker for holster clips, easy to adjust and put on. The only thing the Kore does better is look like a normal, non tactical belt. I'll continue to use the Kore belt, but only when dressing nicer. The Vedder belt has replaced it everyday and does a better job supporting the holster and even for drawing. Get one!

Awesome belt! The buckles are slim enough to work through loops on jeans and appropriately sized holsters alike. Another plus, the velcro portion is for sizing only whereas a lot of riggers belts use velcro for flap retention... it wears out and stops holding leaving you with a flap unsecured. This is a great, tidy, package that leaves little to be desired. Utilitarian, purpose built, no nonsense.. great belt that does the job well. I would definitely recommend it for those who need a tool and not a fashion statement.

I wanted to like this sturdy belt since I'm a big fan of my Light Tucks, but unfortunately, there is one major flaw. The "loop" part of the Velcro that the "hook" part of the belt's tongue folds back onto is positioned way too far back. I was barely able to get an inch of the Velcro to connect even though the tongue folded over and tightened to 10 o'clock. I followed the instructions to the "t" and ended up being 36.75" (Vedder's Large) after measuring my other gun belt set up (I wear a size 34" pant). Going up to XL would create too long of a tongue making it more difficult to secure my IWB backup mag holder that I place at 7 o'clock. Another customer complained about the same thing, but I decided to take may chances...and lost. This belt would have been perfect if the "sweet spot" of the loop side Velcro were re-positioned to better fit larger part of the size range. The male side of the buckle also does't lay flat as others have said, but I suppose that is due to the stiffness of the nylon and would break in over time. I've heard how good Vedder's customer service is so I guess I'll wait and see. ***VH COMMENT*** Thank you for taking the time to post the review on your belt. I am sorry the size does not work out for you. For this reason, we offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on all of our holsters. Feel free to reach out to us so we can get the exchange set up for you. Have a great day!

This belt is extremely sturdy and makes my edc so much better. The postal service managed to mess up the delivery, so when I contacted Vedder they replied instantly and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this belt to anyone looking to improve their every day carry.

I have bought holsters from vedder before. Felt it was time to update my belt from the "instructor belt". When it first arrived I couldn't believe how light it felt! But it's still so rigid. I have only been wearing for a couple weeks but I love it so far. It fits just as it should too, gotta measure it out like they say to! Did not show up in cool package like the holster did but I do really care.

I was a bit reluctant to order a nylon belt, having been a leather belt wearer most my adult life. I received a great coupon from Vedder for the belt and took the plunge. Am I glad I did. This belt is solid enough to tow a bass boat and will last a lifetime. The construction quality is excellent, the buckle very smooth and the design is clever. You set it and forget it with this belt.

Overall it is a very sturdy and feels high quality. I had done a measurement like it said to and found that I was in between sizes. I asked them if I should go bigger or smaller and they said bigger. But unfortunately it’s a little big. Should have gone with a large rather then XL. But the belt itself feels very sturdy and would make a very good belt. ***VH COMMENT*** Thank you for taking the time to review your belt. We are sorry to hear that the belt is larger than expected. We do offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on all of our products and we are happy to assist you with this. All you need to do reach out to our team and we can get the exchange set up for you. I have two of these AWESOME belts - one set up for normal wear (OWB) and one set up for IWB. This way, I do not need to continually adjust one belt - just grab and go! The buckle easily fits through jean or tactical trouser belt loops and I greatly appreciate the ease and simplicity of buckle operation. Belt stiffness rivals my very expensive leather belts, providing a very stable platform for either single or double stack holsters. Normally, I use the belt with my Vedder G19 IWB or Vedder CZ 75D PCR OWB. Also, works well for a clip-on "cell phone case." Size "L" for my 35-inch waist. Works GREAT!
