A premium 10-12 oz. leather backing that evenly distributes the weight of your carry gun for all-day comfort. Each piece is hand-selected for its unique, rugged appearance and is custom-sized to fit your specific gun model. All ComfortTuck® holsters are available with your choice of full-grain cowhide or horsehide leather, both of which are known for being highly durable, flexible, and soft to the touch. Both types of leather are vegetable-tanned with chemical-free waxes and oils, making them moisture-resistant and able to withstand harsh conditions. Horsehide is an incredibly dense and long-lasting leather, making it the ideal choice for those who live in climates with higher heat and humidity. Can't decide? Durable Kydex® designed to hold up to the most extreme conditions and wear that is hand molded to fit your individual firearm. Custom sight channels made specifically to your gun to insure clearance with all front sights and loaded chamber indicators. If you have aftermarket sights on your gun, please put a note in the comments section during checkout and our team will gladly make your holster to fit your specific sights. Black powder coated, logo free, spring steel clips that are adjustable for ride height and cant are extremely strong and durable. These clips are also rust and scratch resistant and blend in well against your belt. All ComfortTuck® clips are also felt backed to eliminate any squeaking of clips on leather. You want your firearm to be concealed and the last thing you want is to bring attention to your belt line with shiny or logo stamped clips telling the world you're hiding a gun under your shirt. High density spacers placed behind each clip allows for easier tucking and to prevent squeaking of leather against metal. Two Rock Solid Spring Steel Clips with a tuckable, sleek design allows for deep, print-free concealment and accommodates a standard 1.5” belt or a wider 1.75” belt. What is “Combat Cut”? In a nutshell, it is where the leather is cut away leaving the grip more exposed, which allows your hand to grab it without any distraction when drawing your weapon. “I bought both the Comfort Tuck IWB and the Quick Draw OWB. I was assured by customer service that the P365 holsters would fit my P365 SAS. They do not. The crease in the holster for the top of the slide is in the wrong place. The slide on the SAS is a little higher profile because of the new bullseye sight. I'm posting this so others don't make the same expensive mistake I did. I don't have the original packaging anymore because until I looked closely I thought it was a good fit. Wrong. I hope they'll let me return them. **VH COMMENT** Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am so sorry to hear this! All of our holsters are handcrafted to the exact model listed, those two gun models do have some differences and are not compatible with the same holster. “Pro’s:New Comfort Tuck is comfortable. Kydex shell is molded to exact fit for my Glock 43. Clips are low profile and fit belt perfectly. Con’s: Leather backer appears universal and not sized to gun. A lot of needles leather. Clips could be set closer to clips. Prob fine for a Glock 19 which I have, but don’t carry IWB, but too much for a 43. I have a 43 because I want to daily carry a small light pistol. Got the combat cut. Again, appears is a universal fit and difficult to get a good grip on pistol. Can cut away excess material, but shouldn’t have too. Also sticks out about 1” above top of pistol. Did cut of bottom portion of leather because hung down about 1/2” to far needlessly. Think this could be a great holster if leather backer matched detail and quality of the kydex.”

“I am 5'9" and 135# if I have a lot of stuff in my pockets, so it is hard for me to conceal a large handgun like a Glock 23 without being uncomfortable. I gave this holster a try based on the 30 day "trial" guarantee hoping it would help spread the pressure points along my side instead of in one point. I ordered the combat cut with the horse leather since I work outdoors in south Georgia. The holster was mildly to irritatingly uncomfortable for the first three days, and it is what I expected from the horse hide. I compared it to a quality leather work glove or good leather boots knowing it would get better after a good coat of mink oil and a day on the dash of the truck to heat up the leather. After putting it on, warmed from the sun, the leather took the shape of my back with the Glock in a 5'o clock position on my body. Since then when the holster is removed it still has the "mold" of my body and is extremely comfortable while wearing for all day carry. I am a welder when I am not at the fire station and can keep this holster on with my Glock in place while lying on by back or side while working for a period of time without pain due to the stiffness of the leather distributing the load. I kept the holster on for a 12.5 hour round trip to Raleigh NC and back and was still able to walk after getting out of the truck. I do not purchase holsters online because it is hard to tell how they will fit, but I am glad I took the chance. The horse hide is stiff, like a hard plastic (not at stiff as kydex or boltron) with enough flex to move and give with your body while retaining shape and comfort. Keep in mind the break in period if you go this route. The holster is very good quality and if I need another one, I will use Vedder again.”

“First of all, I am fairly new to IWB carry. I was researching IWB holsters and read multiple times to be ready to buy multiple holsters before you find the right fit. So I bought this fully expecting to not like it. But, I can definitely say that I will not be looking for anything else anytime soon. Although, I did run in to issues being able to get a good, quick, grip on my CZ P07 Duty 9mm. Due to the extra leather, I couldn't fit my thumb in between the frame and the leather. This is not the holster's fault and is how it is designed to be for extra comfort. And, to be honest, I do have a bit of a spare tire and it pushes the upper part of the leather outward toward the top of the holster. I went ahead and trimmed the leather down to be basically like the combat cut version. I feel much more confident about getting a good grip right away now. And I barely notice a difference in comfort. With future purchase i will start with the combat cut. Overall great product so far. Holds firearm securely and stays put when drawing as it should.”

“At first I was concerned, as the holster was stiff as a board, when I received it. I had trouble, getting the holster where I wanted it, and where I was able to pull the pistol, without it getting stuck. I found, that being slightly overweight, that the 4:30-5 o'clock position was best for me. Once I got the holster the way I wanted it, all I can say is WOW!! Very comfortable, even when sitting, or driving my truck. I carry a full size 45 ACP, so there is some weight, and mass there. I am completely satisfied with this holster, and it is worth every penny. Fits my Sig P220 Legion like a glove. This holster is a winner! Thank you, Vedder, for a good quality holster, at a fair price.”
