“I purchased a ProDraw holster in April of 2025. It has been used extensively and endured substantial abuse during lengthy tactical training exercises including one handed emergency racking on the holster itself. Due to operator error of not putting enough Locktite on one of the screws, it became disengaged and lost during a training exercise in March of 2026. I ordered a replacement kit on March 16th which shipped on March 17th and arrived clear across the country within a week. I am back up and running thanks to the excellent communication and customer service provided by Nicole. Therefore, this is more of a review of Vedder's Customer Service than it is on the actual hardware kit...which is great as well. There are definitely more Vedder acquisitions in my future.

“This is not actually the hardware replacement kit that was sent to me these screws and the female inserts that was sent is the long ones not the short ones that were supposed to be sent. Did not want to be a pain and reach out to you again. I will just have to make do but thanks for the effort first one lost in the mail, the second order I received, but not the correct one. Must be a misunderstanding on what I’m looking for. I can’t give an accurate response on the rating and if I would recommend this kit because it’s not the correct kit that I was responding about. For my side tuck, I needed the shorter screws and the female stood at the screws go into if I was to pull the clip mount off with that rubber piece. The screws that you sent were the long ones and hit bottoms out in the female part when you screw the screws end, it does not allow it to get tight.”
