“I had an older version of the Rapid Tuck holster. It served me well for a long long time. The hardware wore out and the original replacement hardware, pictured above and sent to me, no longer fit my outdated holster. That said, working with the customer service team was GREAT! I ended up speaking with three different staff, all who were able to pick up where the prior one left off. After they consulted with the manufacturing manager, they were able to identify and send me hardward, from a similar holster, that worked!! My Rapid Tuck is now back on my hip. The whole exchange was smooth and quick. All at no cost to me. You are great people, a great company, one I will promote to friends and continue to patronize as my needs arrise.
