“What drew me to try this finely made holster is the ability to chose a finish for the outer layer and the Barrel opening was completely closed on this holster which is the only one I have tried with this feature. The workmanship and quality is a top tier holster with only one exception and the reason why I gave it a 4 star rating; the thickness is somewhere inbetween a .060 & .080. I require at least a .080 because I subject my holsters to everyday extreme conditions that requires a thick holster. Don't get me wrong, I do plan to keep it but, the only thing that would have made it the best I own is if they would have made it a true .080 thickness. I ordered the black Carbon Fiber exterior and it looks quit rugged. So, in conclusion If you don't subject your holster to extreme conditions and wear your service weapon everyday and everywhere, you won't need a heavy duty holster and this will be the best for you. *** VH COMMENT*** Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. We order our Kydex from the manufacturer in .080, due to the way the Kydex is made, it can range anywhere between .075 and .085. “I have at least 5-6 iwb holsters from vedder and absolutely love them, I got the owb and found that it was really loose on my vedder 1.5 belt. Spoke to vedder and they were gracious and were very willing to take it back but I decided to keep it and figure a way to make it work. The holster is great, just the belt loops are to big. Other than that I would and have recommended vedder”

“This is a super nice holster. You can tell that there is a high level of care that goes into these. I love that they are custom molded to your individual weapon. The retention is great, and although I only got black, there is a lot of cool color combos you can do if you’re into that sort of thing. My only comment would be to offer an option where you can remove the sweat guard plastic, some when they carry would prefer to just wear a tucked in undershirt and not have that thing poking them. Other than that highly recommend this holster!”

“I am truly not a review kind of person, unless I'm really impressed with a product. I got this holster in the mail and strapped it on and holstered my gun and was immediately satisfied. Fit and finish of the product is excellent and you can just tell it is a quality product out of the bag it's shipped in. Fit on my gun is perfect as is the retention. I can honestly say I'll be purchasing Vedder OWB holsters from here on out. Next purchase might just be an IWB I like this one so much. I see this holster lasting as long as the gun, very happy with this purchase.”

“I was hesitant to order a holster with out putting hands on it first. The previous reviews had me try this holster. All i can say is that it is perfect for my purpose. Fit is great for conceal. I will be ordering another soon for other pistols.”
