“I bought this for my Springfield Hellcat, I would have given it 5 stars but the retention was not that good no matter how much I adjustment I made. What I had to do was add a retention screw in the middle and it took care of the problem. I think that Vedder shout add this feature on all double mag pouches.”

“I bought this double mag pouch to go with the ProDraw holster I got for my Steyr pistol. Love the micro paddle. Makes putting it on and off very simple, yet doesn’t sacrifice retention. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars, is that it needs an additional adjustable screw between the two pouches. I adjusted the two outer ones to the max, and it was still insufficient for proper magazine retention. The metal mags are thinner than polymer mags as well as have less friction. I added and extra screw between the two mags, and it was perfect. I suggest you add this as an option or even standard. Thanks!”

“I like this mag holder, but am not happy that it does NOT having a center tensioning screw. I have both side tensioning screws bottomed out and the retention is serviceable, but it could be more secure. Also, lack of the center screw makes the rear mag fit sloppy, allowing it to pivot forward, a center tensioner would eliminate that issue. I use this for plainclothes duty with a Glock 17 so concealability is not an issue for me. Mag holder would be perfect 5 stars if it had the center screw.”

“I am sure the MagDraw carrier will work. I am disappointed in the fit of the carrier. The carrier seems be a little too narrow, but the top of the carrier gaps more than I expected. As I said, I believe the carrier will work, but the fit doesn't match the quality of past purchases from Vedder. I am sure I will make more purchases, they still make the Best Holsters I had ever used.”

“I have had a few mag holsters from vedder. For the range and concealed carry. This one works for concealed carry. Does print on outerwear tho. Would make a great range holster due to duel mag capacity.”
