The Vedder Holsters Pocket Locker® is great for concealed carry of small sized pocket pistols in the front pocket of your pants- great for those that do not wish to carry around the waistline. Fully adjustable retention allows you to set your preference of tight, loose, or somewhere-in-between retention. The Pocket Locker® features three possible ways to draw. First, when drawing your firearm from your pocket, the hook catches on the corner of your pants pocket and the firearm is drawn, free from the holster. Second, it is great for those that want a secure and custom holster for their carry bag or purse as the holster comes standard with eyelet hardware which can be used to attach paracord to the interior of your bag for snatch style un-holstering. Third, an optional thumb tab that allows you to un-holster your gun with a simple thumb press. Each holster is custom molded from Kydex® to your unique gun model ensuring a perfect fit. It also comes with a full sweat guard. Sweat guards cover both sides of the entire slide of your pistol reducing its contact with moisture from your body.

Current listed holsters are ideal for front pocket carry in most standard mens jeans. To test if the holster will work for you in pocket carry, we recommend trying to put your unloaded and safety checked gun in your pocket to get an idea if pocket carry is for you. If your gun fits comfortably in your pocket, then you will have a good idea if the holster will fit in your pocket as well.
Each Pocket Locker® Holster is hand molded here in the USA!

You would be hard-pressed to find a better pocket Kydex holster than this one. Perfect fit for my Glock 42. This type of holster is far and away safer than using a soft, nylon type. The hook that catches inside your pants pocket will make for a sure draw if you need to do so. The security of the Kydex holster is infinitely more likely to prevent something foreign (like keys or a pen) accidentally slipped into the same pocket from getting inside the trigger guard--we all know not to do this, but who hasn't done it once or twice in an absentminded moment. Moreover, because your pistol stays clicked in the holster until you draw, it is again safer than a nylon pocket carry holster if you to place your holstered gun in a safe, drawer, glove box, on the nightstand, etc. As for the optional thumb release tab; my opinion is that it is unnecessary; the tab only adds unwanted thickness to your carry, while the hook at the bottom of the holster is more than adequate to keep the holster completely buried in your pocket while drawing. If you pocket carry, this holster is absolutely the way to go. Decent price, too.

I wondered whether Vedder reviews were fake. I can't say they aren't, but my holster is worth 5 stars. Their customer service was worth 5 stars also. I wanted something more concealable, but I love this holster. If concealability is your #1 issue, try the leather Recluse. If you care more about size and the extra safety of kydex, go with the Vedder.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable and not noticeable at all.

The pocket locker is a well made holster, seems very durable, and I received it very quickly (I hate waiting). I use a Ruger LCP2 and it fits comfortably in almost all of my pockets but I do prefer it in baggier pants and shorts where it disappears completely. I like the thumb release because it greatly assists with removing the pistol but I wouldn't recommend it if you typically wear tighter clothing because it will push into your leg on the inside and create more of a "print" on the outside. Overall, a great holster and I highly recommend it.

Just received a 2nd PocketLocker for my new LCP2 (1st was for my Original LCP) and I am still impressed with how well the holster is built. The only difference is that the pocketlocker for the LCP2 seems to be a lot bigger than the one I had for my LCP... I know the gun is slightly larger but the PocketLocker is just overall bigger. I may have to try another one with the RH curve to see if it makes a difference.

Love it. It fits snug so I can throw it in my messenger bag and not worry about my gun falling out of the holster. Being thin, it doesn't add any kind of "bump" to my bags either. As for using it in my pocket, the design does a great job of keeping the gun from sliding around. This isn't my primary use for it but it does fit all the way in my jeans pocket if I needed it to. The build is solid and I have no worries that this will fall apart. All in all, a great buy, especially for the price.

Loved mine so much I ordered one for my dad. The thumb release is a nice touch. Also a safe way to store the gun with one in the chamber.
