The RapidTuck® holster features:

A hand-crafted Kydex® shell that is molded to fit your individual firearm, and also designed to hold up to the most extreme conditions and wear.
Custom sight channels are also made specifically for your gun to ensure clearance with all front sights and loaded chamber indicators.
Rock Solid Spring Steel Clip available with your option of accommodating standard 1.5" belts or wider 1.75" belts. This new spring steel design allows for the slimmest profile over standard plastic belt clips. These clips are also tuckable to allow for deep concealment.

“First time purchasing a Vedder product. My initial impression is quality materials and build. Only used it a few times so it's breaking in but already comfortable and smaller, a good thing then I thought via pics. It's small enough for me that I can use it multiple positions; appendix or mid-line. All in all very pleased, will order additional products for sure.”

“Pretty decent appendix holster. It is bigger than it seems online but overall it is more comfertable than an all kendix holster. The belt clip can be a pain to get it on but pretty good and its AMERICAN MADE!!”

“I have a box of holsters that did not work for me. It could be the "feel" or some other factor that did not suit me. I was about to give up and decided to try this Vedder RapidTuck IWB from an article written about it in a current magazine. I use the IWB Kidney carry. All of the other holsters I have tried were very uncomfortable and poked me in the side or in the hip. This RapidTuck seems to ride higher and is not uncomfortable. I am completely happy with my choice of Vedder holsters.”

“This review compares and contrasts my perceptions of both the RapidTuck (RT)and LightTuck (LT) holsters in terms of quality, security and comfort. Both were purchased for my Sig P239 9mm. QUALITY: Both holsters are equally well constructed both are made with quality materials. Both appear to be made by people that truly care about the product they put out. SECURITY: Due to its kydex backing, the LT holds the gun much more securely with a noticeable "click" when fully seated in the holster. The retention level can be adjusted with the twist of a screw and can be increased to the point that a child wouldn't be able to remove the gun from the holster. With the RT, however, security is much less aggressive due to the lack of a kydex backing. The horsehide/leather backing on the RT is acceptably secure while the holster is worn as the body creates enough pressure against the horsehide/leather to hold the gun in the holster. Prior to placing and after removing the holster, however, the gun can be removed from the holster with little or no effort. I found that with the RT, merely inverting the holster causes the gun to fall out of it. With the LT, I can place and remove the holster with the gun in the holster and I'm confident that if I were to drop the holstered gun, it wouldn't come out of the holster. In contrast, the very light retention level of the RT requires that the gun not be in the holster while placing the holster on the belt or removing of the holster from the belt. I say "requires" only because if inadvertent fumbling of the holster occurs during the handling of the RT with a gun in place, the gun could easily be dislodged from the holster. COMFORT: The LT is very comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time while sitting or standing. The top edge of the LT, where the half-cocked hammer of the P239 is, can dig into my abdomen a bit when bending forward. Not a big deal but I notice it when I bend forward. The RT, however, eliminates this "problem" as the horsehide backing completely covers the hammer area of the gun. The leather backing also keeps skin from coming into contact with the gun and thereby prevent perspiration damage to the gun's finish. I found the RT to be more comfortable than the LT. The bottom line is that while they're both quality products, the LT is a more secure holster but the RT is a more comfortable holster. I shared my concerns about the RT with Vedder customer service (via a Sunday email) and Kaitlin responded the next day, explaining that Vedder would be happy to "tighten" the holster up. She further explained that with use, the leather will break in and end up conforming to the gun's shape to a degree, which made sense. I decided that the comfort of the RT outweighed its retention issue and that I'll just commit to placing and removing the RT without the gun in it. All in all, Vedder is the way to go!”

“I use this holster for concealed carry and absolutely love it. Gun fits securely in the molded kidex. Leather backing is comfortable against the body as well. I wear at 6:00 position and don’t even know it is there!”

“Just received my second RipidTuck holster . By buying a second one should tell everyone what I think of their holster . I use everyday with my Sig P365 and when riding my bike with my Smith and Wesson Bodyguard . Very comfortable well made holster . If you made one for my Shield I would get one for it . Thanks Joe”
