The RapidTuck® holster features:
A premium 10-12 oz. leather backing that evenly distributes the weight of your carry gun for all-day comfort. Each piece is hand-selected for its unique, rugged appearance and has a soft, finished backing. All RapidTuck® holsters are available in your choice of full-grain cowhide or horsehide leather, both of which are known for their exceptional durability, flexibility, and moisture resistance. While both are vegetable-tanned with chemical-free waxes and oils to withstand harsh environments, horsehide is a naturally stronger and denser leather and may be a better choice for those living in climates with higher heat and humidity. A hand-crafted Kydex® shell that is molded to fit your individual firearm, and also designed to hold up to the most extreme conditions and wear.
Custom sight channels are also made specifically for your gun to ensure clearance with all front sights and loaded chamber indicators.
Rock Solid Spring Steel Clip available with your option of accommodating standard 1.5" belts or wider 1.75" belts. This new spring steel design allows for the slimmest profile over standard plastic belt clips. These clips are also tuckable to allow for deep concealment.
Adjustable ride height feature allows for three adjustment levels allowing you to position your holster exactly where you want it!
The clip is adjustable which allows up to 30° cant in both directions- forward or reverse.

“Ordered my holster for sig 938 with ct laser holster arrived pistol could be forced into the holster. When put on belt and buckled around my waist at 4 oclock, I'm left handed, I could not pull the pistol out with both hands. “I love the fit and how in carries on body. What I don’t like so much is the retention off body. It’s pretty loose off body and feels like it could just fall out if I tipped the holster. When I have a loaded firearm I like to keep it in the holster and I don’t unload at night, I just take the holster off with the gun and set it down. I’m careful to hold the gun in the holster when it’s off body but I wish it fit tighter. Maybe because I got the horsehide and it’s a bit more playable? Overall I like it. It’s comfortable and has decent retention while it’s on. It’s fast and easy to put on.”

“Outstanding holster, I am new to cc carry and I am a bigger guy, I did not know if I would be able to carry iwb comfortably but with this holster I dont even notice my p365 is there.”

“Let me start by saying I’m a big fan of Vedder holsters. I own two of their light tuck holsters, their pocket holster, and this rapid tuck holster. I was excited to receive this, thinking it would be more comfortable than the light tuck but with the same Vedder build quality I’ve come to appreciate. Unfortunately, this holster falls short in the worst possible way. Because the backing is just leather, without any kydex on the rear side of the gun, it’s possible (and quite easy) to get my finger in there and pull the trigger while the gun is holstered. Will this ever happen out in the world where something snags it and pulls the trigger? Maybe, maybe not. But it isn’t a risk I’m willing to take. If I could make a suggestion to Vedder, it would be to fully wrap the trigger guard in kydex, just like on the light tuck model, while still having the leather backing. Then it would be a daily use holster for me. And it would instantly go from 1 star to 5. Unfortunately I waited too long to return this, but if I could return it I would. In my opinion, this product isn’t worthy of the Vedder brand. Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We are so sorry to hear that the holster is not working out well for you. All of our holsters are handcrafted to order. The style of the RapidTuck is that the holster will have retention while on the belt and up against the body. The holster is Kydex on the front and leather on the back so, that should not be an issue while wearing the holster. “Ordered the holster for my 43x. After the first hour or 2 of carrying the rough finish on the inside really irritated my skin. I emailed customer service and they requested pictures. Pictures were sent and then nothing. I replied a few times and never heard back. Lesson learned. It's a shame because I've heard good things about their holsters. They don't stand behind their holsters, they hide behind them **VH COMMENT** Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am so sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the leather. I do see that you have been working with one of our agents who has sent you multiple emails. We have seen that they will sometimes go to junk or spam so, you can check there for her replies. We will have someone reach back out to you today from a different email platform to get into contact with you. All of our holsters are handcrafted to order and the leather is a natural product so, there may be some variance between each one. Each holster should be tested and inspected before it ships out and we will certainly look into this if the leather is rough on your holster.
