The RapidTuck® holster features:
A premium 10-12 oz. leather backing that evenly distributes the weight of your carry gun for all-day comfort. Each piece is hand-selected for its unique, rugged appearance and has a soft, finished backing. All RapidTuck® holsters are available in your choice of full-grain cowhide or horsehide leather, both of which are known for their exceptional durability, flexibility, and moisture resistance. While both are vegetable-tanned with chemical-free waxes and oils to withstand harsh environments, horsehide is a naturally stronger and denser leather and may be a better choice for those living in climates with higher heat and humidity. A hand-crafted Kydex® shell that is molded to fit your individual firearm, and also designed to hold up to the most extreme conditions and wear.
Custom sight channels are also made specifically for your gun to ensure clearance with all front sights and loaded chamber indicators.
Rock Solid Spring Steel Clip available with your option of accommodating standard 1.5" belts or wider 1.75" belts. This new spring steel design allows for the slimmest profile over standard plastic belt clips. These clips are also tuckable to allow for deep concealment.
Adjustable ride height feature allows for three adjustment levels allowing you to position your holster exactly where you want it!
The clip is adjustable which allows up to 30° cant in both directions- forward or reverse.

“I have been carrying for over 2 years and have been through 6 holsters trying to find one that was both comfortable, concealable, and usable. The combination of a single clip design while still being able to tuck in my shirt is hard to find. One thing I do not like about 2 clip designs is that anyone who knows better can spot that you are carrying a mile away with your shirt tucked in. This holster is the perfect size and light weight, but still feels very sturdy. The tension on the clip is excellent with no worries of it coming loose or coming out WITH the gun when drawing. I did upgrade to the premium leather. Stiff at first, which is probably how it should be b/c it is gradually getting softer with use and it is molding to my body shape. I can finally stop experimenting with different holsters, and should use this one for a long time.”

“This holster is far more comfortable than my non tuckable kydex holster from concealment express. I wanted this because I wanted to tuck my shirts in when I carry. One of the minor concerns I had is the retention may not be up to snuff because I didn't feel it holding onto my gun as tightly as I wanted, but then it occurred to me that the soft material is more flexible and has more give than kydex. The retention was fine. The only issue is with my M&P shield with crimson trace laser, the trigger is somewhat exposed on the side facing my body. There is very little risk of anything getting into the trigger guard from there, but I do wish they added a little bit more material there. **VH COMMENT** Thank you for your feedback. “This is the first holster I have bought, and I have no plans of buying another. The adjustments are great to have, and after getting it worked out, it hides the gun very well, even when tucking my shirt in. My only gripe is that if you prefer 3 or 4 o'clock carry, it helps to not have too much body fat. Because of this, I have lost about ten pounds (I'm now about 20 pounds over weight) and I can't even tell the holster is there. So thanks for making me lose some weight Vedder.”

“Good holster, comfortable and holds pistol close to the body. Steel clip attaches to belt and keeps it in place. Weapon retention is poor at best. Gun will slide right out if holster is tilted. I feel if I were knocked to the ground the gun would just fly out. **VH COMMENT** Thank you for your feedback. The retention on our hybrid holsters are designed to have the optimal amount of retention when worn on the body, so the retention when the holster is in your hand will be less as the retention is created by the pressure of your body and belt pressing your gun into the custom shell. If you feel that your retention is too loose even when it is being worn, we do offer complimentary retention adjustments for life, so please do not hesitate to let us know as we will be happy get this tightened up to your personal preference. “I am new to concealed carry and tried a couple cheaper holsters and had issues with each of them. I decided to try the more expensive Vedder Rapid Tuck and am glad I did. It is very comfortable and I love the adjustable cant which helps me hide it as best as possible.”

“After I broke it in (took a couple of days) I added it to my EDC both on, and off duty even under a T-SHIRT it disappeared, and unlike every other holsters ( some major brands , w/ major prices ) I FORGOT IT WAS THERE, no BS it there but it didn't remind me constantly of it's presents every time I sat, streched, bent over, or got in the car it stayed put didn't gouge, poke, pinch, or rub me raw. You guys got it right anybody who isnt using this holster is suffering unnecessarily if they are carrying seriously every day.”

“I started out with buying the comfort tuck combat cut and it was a bit big for me (being a skinny guy) so I switched to the rapid tuck and I couldn't be happier. my biggest issues were carrying in my vehicle and being very uncomfortable with my other holsters. I cant even tell im carrying with this one. hands down the most comfortable holster ive ever carried with. and the customer service on the return was excellent also. and a super fast return. absolutely no issues. 5 stars all the way. thanks guys!”

“I was looking for a better option when carrying my Sig p238 IWB. Two clip style hybrids are great, but not when driving several hours a day digging into my back. This holster design cuts away all the un-needed material and uses one strong clip. Stays put and has quickly become my favorite carry option. I love how I can take it off and back on without it being annoying, struggling with two clips and bunched pants material in between. Quality, angle adjustment, and ease of use, and comfort are all top notch. Even the Kydex edges are rounded and polished butter smooth. Well done.”
