“Easy to assemble and install on the vegepod. I felt it was expensive however. I don't know how long it will last - the previous cover only lasted 7 years, which I thought was rather short. The pipes had corroded to the point of collapse, and the cover had become brittle.”
“Recently replaced my cover on my large size veg pod due to wind damage on the original cover. My own fault , had left it on the ground during high wind and wind picked it up and smashed it. New cover works and looks great and is now securely held down with clips at each corner.”
“I do not have a Vegepod, but have 4 bins constructed from roofing iron made by a local firm which were done before I found the the Vegepod site.. As the bins were 2 metres long by 1 metre wide I needed to get something that would keep the cats out of the garden beds. I found Vegepod site and the Large Vegecover kits. They fit very well not as on a Vegepod but very effective for cat control. I have also found that they do improve the growing conditions. Very happy with the product, and I also have one plastic cover for winter growing. The only thing I am not fussed on is the spraying system for the watering, but as that would be more suited to a proper Vegepod I am not worried about it too much.”
“For $200 it's quite pricey really.
I'm dissapointed that the bugs are still getting in and caterpillars are killing my cauliflower and brocolli. Really annoying.”
