The seats went at an angle to dump me off the chair and I touched none of the controls. I was dumped on the floor. I live alone and have mobility issues it took me an hour to get up. Every muscle in my body aches. Will return

Difficult to adjust seat. I always feel like I’m falling off. Attracts. A lot dog and cat hair. I have to cover it with a sheet

When instructions are reprinted, might emphasize the need to have the power cord plugged back into the armrest to make the chair operational :-)

Brakes on my previous chair stopped working. Chair went backward, I went foreward to to floor. Broke vertabrae in spine. Also rising and lowering featurre stopped working. Hope I have better luck with new chair.
