“I really like the rack, the one downside is the nut / bolts seem to be stuck at some point of torque such that the arms are quite loose. I understand that they are not meant to be snug to allow the arms to swing but there is a alot of gap between the bolts/nuts and arm. They are quite loose so that the bikes lean to the left.”

“I've had this rack for a little over 6 months now, and it's convenient to be able to squeeze more bikes in less space, but there are a few drawbacks. First, you cannot mount a bike with a front fender on it. Second, the rear wheel holders are about useless. They are incredibly flimsy and bend out of the way, plus the installation hardware included isn't very strong. Finally, if you have bikes of different size, getting the smaller bikes on can be a bit cumbersome. My wife and I ride bikes that are 3 sizes apart (XL and M,) and we have to kind of lifter hers up to get it on the rack. Better than hooks on the wall, but having to set all of the bikes at the height of the tallest is a little annoying.”

“The VelociRAX bike rack is exactly what we were looking for: 1. Very sturdy 2. Saves a lot of space 3. Easily accessible (unlike ceiling hooks in the garage that my wife could not get to). It is 100% worth the money. My only improvement recommendation would be to double the holes through which the screws can anchor the product because not every wall’s studs are spaced correctly. I had to get creative with trying hit enough studs to take the weight because my stud spacing was non-traditional. That being said, it’s still a 5 out of 5 stars for me. This rack is a master class in bike rack stowing. Simple and strong.”

“I have a limited space to store 4 mountain bikes. Tilting the handlebars up and the bikes to the side makes the best use of the space I have in my garage. The installation of this rack was very simple. 4 screws into 4 stud points on the wall and the work is mostly done. Then you hang the swiveling holders in the desired holes that maximize tilting the bikes to the left while not banging into each other. In addition to the use of space, I like that I can lock my bikes to this rack as well if needed. I looked at numerous bike storage solutions and this one served my purpose exactly as I needed it to and the cost is reasonable for the convenience.”

“This rack checks all of the boxes: heavy duty, well-constructed, easy to follow instructions, easy to assemble and mount on wall, accommodates all the bikes from XC to DH, and pivots to gain access to bikes. I am completely satisfied and will highly recommend to others.”
