Our rack pretty much lives on our LR3 and has seen some abusive roads. It’s secure and stable and hasn’t let us down yet. We can carry all our mountain bikes, or a couple road/gravel bikes, and it is so easy to open our back hatch and access our things without bikes or the rack in the way. It also doubles as a pretty awesome garage rack for us. Very happy with the purchase

Great rack. No frame touch and Sturdy. Even my big fat ebike feels snug and secure. One thing I'd warn about is the clearance between bike handle bars and top tubes of bikes to the right. Depending on the frame and cockpit setup you could get some contact from side ways movement. you can avoid this easily by adjusting your cockpit getting your brake levers out of the way when traveling. I've seen people use foam pads around the top tubes for protection. It may not effect you, just really depends on the bikes you put on there. But even sp there are easy work arounds

Took a 1,200 mile trip with 4 mountain bikes to NW Arkansas. The rack performed well in all conditions. I recommend using this for trips of any distance.

We have a lot of bikes. All sizes of tires. All sizes of frames and for different disciplines. We haven’t had any issues carrying any of them. The only thing we “can’t do” is take 2 drop bars with two mountain bikes. But this scenario doesn’t happen often. If it had, I would have gotten a 5 or 6 but it’s already heavy. I can move it around myself, we use it as a rack in the garage. It is out of the way of the tail gate and lift gate on our LR3 when open. Can’t say enough about it!
