“This bike rack is awesome. The tow bar tightening bolt makes it super sturdy. Ive used the wall mount for storage more then anything. Once I figured out how to secure my full suspension mtn bike and stop its sway I've had no issues. The lowering shock definitely helps in getting the the bikes off. I highly recommend.”

“People stop me all the time to compliment my rack (you know what I mean). They think it looks cool and different, and when I operate it, they are even more impressed. "Hydraulics? Cool!" I love that I can roll the bikes on and off super easily, and I recently taught my 11-yo daughter and her friend to do it themselves too. My only problems with it are probably not even VelociRAX-related, but 1) on an after-market hitch, it sits really low, and I often bottom out if I'm not careful, and 2) with no bikes on it, it is very slow to lower, which is frustrating when I'm trying to get the dog in and out of the back of the car. This would be a problem with any hitch rack, though, so it is what it is. Overall, love it!”

“Rugged, well built. Good fit and finish. I haven’t taken it off my Cayenne since I got it two months ago. I works….well. I did have one problem… it was my fault. I wore a hole in me bikes sidewall on a tough 4 wheel trek. Thank you VelociRAX!”

“So far so good! the design, ease of assembly and use are 5 star for sure. My only complaint is that there's not an option to order it with the fat tire loop, so you have to order that as an additional and it comes in a set of two. Now I have two loops with no purpose. It would be nice if you could just order what you need, as you need it instead.”

“Easy to assemble, easy to install,. We have on our fifth wheel. Plenty of distance between the rear window and the bike rack. The lowering mechanism works great to ease the bike down for install or removal. Well worth the money. I even had another camper impressed enough to ask where I got it.”
