Great bike rack, so easy to use. Garage mounting rack is a great way to store the rack when not on the suv.

The Velocirax 412 fits my Honda element perfectly! I can take my family to the dirty gnar with me! So amazing that I can hang it up later, out of the way, in my garage! Awesome system!

Durable, easy to use, super secure and built like a M1A2 Abrams Tank. The velociRAX succeeds in all the areas where all other racks fail. First of all, there are no plastic parts to break, there is nothing to wear out as there are no moving parts. Loading couldn't be simpler roll the front tire into the hoop and done. There are rubber straps that secure the bike into place for long trips. The VRAX, unlike tray racks, doesn't stick out several feet beyond the rear bumper so if you are off driving off-road there is no chance of ripping the rack off because of the shallow angle of departure. I think I am the first one in Alaska to own a VRAX and now all my friends want one. Overall I give it 98%! Suggestion: My only suggestion would be to offer velcro safety straps in addition to the rubber ones as the rubber ones are very hard to stretch and place over the securing pegs when the temperatures plummet below zero. Otherwise, there is no easier way to carry fat-tire bikes.

This rack is great! I love the damper that allows easy loading/unloading as well as opening of my back hatch when it’s on my Subaru. I can easily transfer it to my Sprinter and mount it in my garage to store my bikes when not on a vehicle. It stays secure and quiet with the hitch adjustment screw and the locking pin is peace of mind against theft. Price was very good and less than many comparable options but I wish the fat tire cages were priced more reasonable. I had my nephew modify and existing cage to fit my fat bike. All in all a great all around multi bike rack that’s priced good, easy to use, and versatile. Ride on!

Well built. Very solid with the hitch stabilizer. The rubber straps are a little tough to stretch for my wife and kids but they manage. I've had the rack in slow-speed rough 4-wheel drive for a combined 110ish miles as well as 650+ miles on high-speed roads/ interstate. Never once worried. The NASCAR-sized logo and red paint is obnoxious. Why draw so much attention to oneself? I love it in the garage as bike storage in the winter. I am 6'7" so I do not use the lowering feature but my wife does. It works well. Understand I am very picky with what I buy. I hate wasting money on garbage and poor design products. My frugal nature was shocked at the sticker price but I gambled and overall it's worth the money.
