“The rack is well built, sturdy, and keeps the bikes from getting beat up. The assembly directions were great and the assembly process was fairly easy. If you order the optional lock, you will need to put that in yourself. Putting the plastic end caps on was best achieved with a rubber mallet. We are using this rack with our travel trailer on trips and our truck when riding locally. It's slightly heavy/cumbersome when moving (a good trade-off for its sturdiness). I have not used the garage mounting feature yet.”

“I really like this bike rack! Compared to others I have had, this rack carries bikes of different sizes while keeping them separated so they don’t get scratched, especially on those long trips or bumpy roads. It fits my large mountain bike down to my sons BMX. The construction is very sturdy and bikes feel secure on it. While still somewhat expensive, it was significantly less than most quality competitors of different formats. The tilt dampener works great and I especially like that I can still open the back on my Odyssey minivan while bikes are loaded. This is impressive on a low height vehicle like this. The only downside is the weight, it is very heavy and somewhat difficult for one person to attach or store, but over all it’s worth it. I’d love to see a version in aluminum (or partly aluminum) to get the weight down.”

“Awesome rack. Does the job perfectly. Drove from SoCal to Moab with no issues at all. Held the bikes in place great. Definitely check your front axle for looseness at your destination. Might not have been the racks fault. The only down side is the weight of it fully built. It should be a two person job, but one can do it.”

“I have had several bike racks over the years, and this one is by far the best. We threw it on the back of the motorhome and drove from SO CA to Houston, TX and back - not one paint scrape! My daughter and I were easily able to unload and load the bikes - so we did it at every campground along the way! My two young granddaughters were thrilled to be able to ride every night - with any other bike rack, we would have not been so willing to do that! My last bike rack bounced around so much on the back of the motorhome, I quit hauling the bikes on it - now we can take them everywhere! Thanks for thinking of everything with this rack!”

“love the rack it's pretty solid. no problem transporting the bikes. it only feels weird on the first couple drive seeing the bikes bounce around while it's hanging on the rack, but it's just due to the front wheel and not the rack itself. i got the 412 and it has plenty of space that even when the bike bounce it wont hit or scratch the other bikes. only downside is the anti rattle on the stinger, when tightening the rack it tends to tilt towards the left side. but it's an easy fix with some $10 anti rattle clamp from amazon.”

“Sturdy and easy to use. Love the lock add on to keep bikes safe while grabbing food. For the price this is the best value bike rack on the market IMO. We swapped our Thule T2 Pro for this and haven’t looked back. Have recommended to all my friends”
