“Absolutely almost perfect. While I live carrying my bikes vertically, there is one caveat for those who have hydraulic brakes - air in the brake line. If you know how timber the air bubble out, no worries. If not, well, learn or pay for it to be done. Rack is superbly built and solid as expected. The release is great for lowering the bikes for Unloading but you will have a heck of a time loading them with the rack tilted. Put it back into vertical locking status and bingo.”

“Awesome rack easy to use, tilts out of the way for our hatch and doesn't stick out too far off the car. What's not to like? One thing, fully loaded with 4 bikes it's a bit heavy tilting it back up to drive after loading the bikes. It's fine for me but a bit of a struggle for my wife. Still easier for her than putting 4 bikes in the bed of the truck off the tail gate.”

“I bought one of these a couple of years back when they first came available in Canada. My buddy and I were in need for a new hitch rack and did a lot of research. The VelociRAX had everything (and more) that we could want. The hoops only interface with the tires, easy to load bikes for anyone in the family, and the hydraulic hinge makes it easy to drop with all the bikes on it. At first, there were not many of these around town and at the trailheads, so everyone asked if I liked it. Once I showed them all the features, they bought them too....Best rack for sure. Also, I have had a couple small issues and also needed someone to talk to about the setup and parts, I tell you the service these guys gave me is outstanding and noteworthy. I will continue to use and suggest these racks to everyone!”

“With all the options on the market today it can be difficult to decide which bike rack to spend your hard earned money on. Here’s my reasoning & honest review of the velocirax bike rack. Before pulling the trigger on the velocirax, I’ve heard the the velocirax described as the Cadillac of bike racks. I can say it lives up to the hype. I purchased the velocirax 412 rack in late September & I couldn’t be happier with it. The rack is premium (which is to be expected for its price tag), & definitely built to be used & abused. The velocirax 412 holds the bikes securely while keeping them from rubbing or damaging one another. As an avid mountain biker who’s been the victim of cheap bike racks, my only regret is not purchasing this rack sooner.”

“Best bike rack ever! Whether it's for e-bikes, mountain bikes, or road bikes, this is THE rack to get. “We love the rack. However, it really does require a hitch with tongue capacity of 500 pounds. It bent our hitch rated for 350 pounds when we put on 4 mountain bikes.”
