“Overall I like it very well. A few things could be improved. The front tire holder could be a little wider to accommodate fat tire electric bikes. It could drop a little farther to the ground so one doesn’t have to lift the bike up a foot to load it. Some kind of motor would be great to power it up and down. With 4 bikes on it in low position, it takes more than one average person to lock the rack in place.”

“This rack is really great once it is on the vehicle or the garage wall. We are a family of 4 and it fits all of our bikes easily. It is very handy to be able to get in and out of the back of the vehicle with the tilt-away feature. I enjoy being able to use it in the garage to hold the bikes as well. As others have mentioned, this thing is a bit heavy and awkward to maneuver on/off the vehicle and in/out of the garage wall mount. I can do it by myself but it's much easier with a helper. Our trips to different trailheads thus far have been pretty short (20 miles or less) but we've had no issues taking it on bumpy roads, interstate, etc. during all our local excursions.”

“I'll be honest, my son helped me pick out your bike rack. We took it on a family vacation to Acadia National Park and it worked perfectly. I was able to retrieve anything whenever I wished from the rear of my vehicle. On a number of occasions, someone passing by would stop and check it out. I even had one person ask if he could take a photo of it! That is when I realized this must be something special.”

“Purpose bought to get mtn bikes from Mi to Mn for a race. Easy assembly, worked flawlessly, no bike damage, easy to load/unload and even got a fat tire bike to fit. Great product. A bit awkward to install on vehicle without two people and store in garage.”

“I love my new rack much more than my prior traditional 4X Bike rack. The closer set up to the vehicle was important to me as was the dual purpose of a garage rack. This checked both boxes. It's definitely not light, and can be a a lot to handle and convert to a garage rack by yourself, but I make it happen. Quality rack, a supporter of NICA youth cycling, cant go wrong.”

“I love this rack, super easy to assemble, easy to put on and take off the car, it does NOT rattle due to the adjustable hitch lock and it’s so easy to get bikes on and off. Rides fully loaded like a dream. Highly recommend.”

“I purchased the 412 rack and it worked well on a short trip (40 miles). On a longer trip (760 miles) all the bikes has moved out of the rack on a rough road and we’re damaged, 2 heavily, 1 had to be trashed. After several communications with the company the communications stopped without any solution found”

Hey Randy, Sorry we did not come to a proper conclusion when you reached out. It looks like the rack was being used on the back of a fuel tanker, with a hitch receiver bolted to the bumper.
