“Mounted the 5X on a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I went with the 5X because I haul anything from road bikes to DH bikes and liked the idea of the extra space. The rack is quite large though. It towers high above the roof of my car and is as wide as the widest part. I haul bikes almost daily so the convenience of the rack is worth the size for me. After owning roof racks, fork-mounted racks, and traditional tray hitch racks Like Thule T2 XT Pro... this is my favorite! The ease of loading and unloading is amazing. I love that it only touches the tires. I've taken this on 4x4 jeep roads and it did wonderfully. Bikes never hit each other and stayed put. I was able to focus on driving and not worry about the bikes. On my Jeep, because of the elevated hitch, I can't roll the bikes into the trays, I have to lift them up slightly. This doesn't bother me too much and the hitch drop adapter thing for trucks would surely solve this. Getting this on and off the car is a pain. It's quite heavy and awkward. Two people make it a breeze. Otherwise, I squat low and cradle the rack like a sumo wrestler and I'm able to carry it. If you don't need to remove it, I'd leave it on.”

“Love this 5X VelociRAX. Compared it to everything out there and glad I bought it. Stable, easy to load and looks great. Heavy, yes but it's built like a tank so it should last many years. Love the wall rack feature. Fits on my Acura MDX just fine.”

“This rack is all that and more! Easy to assemble, durable, and functional. We can haul more, closer to the vehicle, and easy to load. Got ride of another "high-end" rack and wouldn't consider going to any other. We haul, EMTB, gravel, and BMX. This one actually does it ALL”
