“Assembly takes a little time but it is more than worth it! After making that leap to a higher priced mountain bike I was apprehensive to trust it to just any rack. I researched all types of racks and then came across this beauty. I was still nervous so I reached out with questions and received a reply incredibly fast! I bit the bullet and bought it and have no regrets I have had it filled with all the family’s bikes for hundreds of miles and with my two higher dollar bikes for thousand and absolutely no issues with the rack! We use the drop adaptor to allow for the truck tailgate to open and that is a solid item as well. The anti rattle system is awesome and much better then an anti rattle clamp. My only suggestion is rather than using old inner tubes to engage the brakes during a haul is to invest in some small velcro straps. The inner tubes decided to snap mid trip a couple times. In summary, this rack is worth every penny!”

“Thoroughly impressed by the stability at highway speeds. Have done two 800 mile trips with no issues on the back of Chevy Suburban. Garage set up is fantastic (even though rack is heavy). Only issue was a pilot error overtightening a bolt and crimping a cross bar (My Fault!)”

“These racks have quickly become the benchmark for vertical shuttle racks. They are easy to use and very stable when loaded up. I would definitely buy this again if given the choice over other racks.”

“One suggested improvement: the thin vertical pin that engages the vertical bar with the hydraulic dampener can wiggle itself loose so I need to constantly push it back in. Consider adding a shackle or toggle at the button of the pin so it won’t work itself loose. Otherwise, this is the best bike rack out there!!!”
