“Love the rack. Just awesome! No scratches on bikes anymore. One thing I didn’t like, the rubbers rings for brake handles are way to stiff. Even hurt my finger badly by stretching the ring. Otherwise excellent product!”

“This is a great bike rack, easy to use, easy to install, and safe for your bike. My only two complaints are that mine is very noisy, not sure if this is a problem other people have experienced? And when driving on a bumpy road the bikes do swing around a lot. I think this is just because the contact points are the tires, which obviously have some give, which leads to the bikes bouncing a bit, but I don't think this is a safety issue and there doesn't appear to be any risk to the bikes, it just looks sketchy to people who are unfamiliar with the bike rack.”

Thank you for your review! We are curious about the noise and rack movement you're experiencing. We include rubber bands to lock out bike brakes, which minimizes bike play while on bumpy roads. We would love it if you emailed us at support@velocirax.com so we can get to the root of this!
